Course Overview
This course introduces students to the multidisciplinary field of agriscience. Students will learn about animal and plant systems, water and soil management, as well as food products and processing systems. This course offers an opportunity to learn more about the various careers in this field as well as some of the latest technological developments. Students are encouraged to reflect on our complex agricultural system as both consumers and producers.
